"Oh no! Lizzie has lice!” and with those words began what our family has now dubbed "the lice storm of 2014”. 100’s of dollars and 100’s of hours later (11 family members with head lice, and 2 re-infestations) we did conquer the little pests.
We, like most people who have had a lice infestation, lost our minds! We over-treated and over-cleaned, but worst of all, we used harsh pesticide products on our children, and still we were plagued by 2 re-infestations.
Finally, it occurred to me there has to be a better way. After much research, I discovered Katie Shepherd and the Shepherd Institute for head lice research and training. In October 2014, I went to West Palm Beach where I was trained and certified in the Shepherd Method of head lice removal.
In January 2015 we opened our own center where professional treatment and education is available to the Maine area . We are just a phone call away. Waterville ME 207-660-5631 .

The woman who treated was so patient, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process to my 6 year old daughter and to myself. The products they gave us were so natural not like the drug store kind. We followed their treatment and the lice was gone! Highly recommended!!

When we discovered my daughter had lice, I had no idea what to do. I went to the store to buy shampoo, that didn't work. I called my pediatrician and got a prescription, it didn't work. Finally I heard about All About Lice, my heros!! Not only did they take care of treating my daughter, but they checked the rest of my family and 2 others of us had it as well! Years ago I struggled with reoccurring lice with no signs of leaving anytime soon. Over the counter treatments no longer worked. My grandmother decided enough was enough and brought me here one day. Their treatment worked wonders and they were so patient and understanding. I still have some of their treatment shampoo with me! If you or someone you know is struggling with lice, I’d definitely recommend this place. Kind, reliable, and wonderful people work here and perform miracles. I’ll never forget what they did for me when I was younger. Lice is no joke!
