I know so much more about lice after having met this team. I won't be running to the drug store next time lice finds it way into our heads...because I now know it can likely happen to best of homes...but instead I will pull out my Terminator comb and contact you for non-toxic products. Thank you for taking the fear out of this problem by answering my messages and giving education and answers from beginning to end.

As an employee of All About Lice I know that I am always at risk of getting lice myself. Last week, after approximately 6 mos. of treating lice, I had to be treated for lice. I let Mary Collar know that I had found one adult and two nits so she called me in for a treatment. She was just as thorough as we are when we treat anyone else and only came up with three more nits. We determined that I had most likely caught it the first day since we found so little. Since treatment, I have not found even one nit :) I can also tell you that in my 6 mos. working here, no one has come back for their re-check needing to be retreated; that knowledge gave me confidence that I did NOT have a thing to worry about.
